The build
What we build
- What does the build cover?
- Building your website and taking it live on your domain. It is a one-time charge, and it comes after you have seen the finished site.
- How long until I see my site?
- You get the link within 3 business days of sending us yours. You decide after you have seen it.
- Do you handle patient data?
- The tracking is designed so that no patient data ever touches our systems. We count that an inquiry happened, not who made it.
The monthly run
What happens every month
- What do I get every month?
- A performance report, eight blog posts written for search engines and AI assistants, inquiry and booking tracking, and hosting, maintenance and self-serve editing. That is the monthly rate — one flat number, everything included.
- How long before anything happens?
- Longer than anyone selling it would like to say, and we will not put a number on it, because we have not got an honest one. A post is on your site from the day it is published.
- Will this put my practice at the top of Google?
- Nobody can promise you that, and being promised it is the clearest signal you will ever get about who you are talking to. Positions are decided by companies that take instructions from neither your vendor nor us.
- Can I not just write them myself?
- You can, and some practices do it very well. The hard part is not the writing. It is producing them every month for two years while also running a clinic.
- Are more posts better?
- Not in any way we would sell you on. A page that answers nothing is not improved by having nine more like it, and the count is not what does the work. What is on the page is.

Price and terms
- What does the monthly writing cost on its own?
- It is not priced on its own. There is one build charge and one flat monthly rate with everything in it, and both numbers are put in front of you together with the finished site, before anything is signed.
- Is there a minimum term?
- No. It is month to month; you can stop any month.
- What happens to my site and domain if I stop?
- Your domain is yours and stays yours. We stop hosting at the end of the paid month.
- Can any practice sign up?
- We build the site first and send it to the practice, and we take a limited number of clients in each area. If your area is already taken, we say so before you ask.
- How do we start?
- Check your page first — paste your address and see what a search engine receives from it. The result ends with the offer: we build the site and send it back, free, and you decide after you have seen it.
